Particles and Dust
Particles, dirt, and dust adhere to the paint surface and cause an uneven finish.
Cause:
- Defective filters in the spray or oven area.
- Incorrect cleaning of the surface before painting.
- Dirty paint cans or insufficient filtering of the paint before use.
- Dirty gaps or crevices in the car being restored.
- Dirty painting environment.
- Inadequate air filtration.
- Contaminated painting area.
- Particles in the air settling on the surface after spraying.
- Deterioration of the paint.
Correction:
- For small particles, gently sand the surface with water and polish.
- For heavy contamination, sand the surface and repaint.
