Poor Drying

The paint film does not dry properly after the normal drying time and may require an extra-long drying period or may not harden at all.

Cause:

1. Incorrect mixing ratio for 2K paint (too much or too little hardener).
2. Inappropriate hardener.
3. The temperature does not reach the required level. Generally, if the temperature is below 10 °C, the drying process slows down significantly.
4. Paint layer is too thick.
5. Poor weather conditions and insufficient ventilation.
6. Insufficient, poor-quality, or incorrect thinner.
7. Incorrect application method.

Correction:

1. Increase the drying temperature to ensure proper curing of the paint film.
2. If the paint film still does not dry properly despite higher temperature, sand or remove the paint and repaint.
