• 1 L Profix Aqualine 2G color base
• 0.25 L Profix CP010 dilution
• 1.5 L Troton Master HS clearcoat (1L clearcoat + 0.5L hardener, 0.25L thinner)
• 4 x 650 ml measuring cups
• 2 pcs APP adhesive cloths
• 3 color filters
• Mixed knitting needles

Profix Aqualine 2G is a completely newly developed water-based metallic and pearl base . Now with even more colors thanks to a larger database of color codes and with even better shade reliability .

Complete with Profix thinning or profix accelerator . It is also recommended to use HS clear lacquer on this base colour.

Profix Aqualine 2G dries quickly and has very good coverage. Perfectly suited for repair painting and also for "fade in" of old and new paint. The Profix aqualine 2G line contains over 5000 color samples, this means that we are able to extract even the most difficult colors. IF you have a color that you don't know the code for, you can send in a sample for color matching. Please contact us before sending the sample.

How to use Profix Aqualine 2G:

1. first layer thin, the foundation should shine through.
2. Layer two can be laid immediately when the first layer is finished and should be filling, the base should not be visible. If necessary, another layer can be added.
3. Fog layer, wait approx. 10-15 min, lower the pressure to approx. 1.5 bar and spray from a slightly longer distance (approx. 10 cm further). This counteracts flammability and the metallic settles more evenly over the surface. The surface can be perceived as uneven, even a little like an orange peel surface, but this evens out.
4. Clear coat, when the metallic base has completely dried, become matt, about 20 minutes, you can clear coat.

• Use profix thinning or profix accelerator
• Nozzle 1.2 - 1.4mm
• Number of layers 1 - 3 or 1 - 4 depending on how the paint covers.

BEFORE PAINTING! Mix the paint very well, check the color against the old color of the car. Pour the paint through the paint filter when filling the syringe.
