Troton Master HS clear coat 5L + hardener 2.5L High gloss and gives a very good final result on both water and thinner-based car paint.

High-quality 2K HS acrylic clearcoat with a low content of volatile compounds and increased scratch resistance SR (Scratch Resistant).

Designed for both spot repair and complete painting of the car body.

Performance

1 liter of the mixture is enough to paint 8-10 m2 of surface with a thickness of 60 µm.

Use The surface must be dry, grease-free and dust-free.

• Mixing ratio: 2:1
• Thinning: 0-10%
• Nozzle: 1.3-1.4mm
• Air pressure: 2-3bar
• Number of layers: 2 full layers
• Between layers: 5-7min. 5-10 min before oven. (no need to use an oven)
• Curing time: 20c dust dry 10-12min, Handleable after 6-8h
• Drying time: 60c 25min.
• Thickness: 60my
• Potlife: 7h 20c
